PASOL provides hands-on, interactive classroom training using actual operator interface terminals and customized simulation logic. This approach enables practical, risk-free learning, allowing participants to gain real-world experience without affecting live equipment or production. The combination of PowerPoint lectures and interactive exercises allows trainers to communicate automation concepts far more effectively than traditional lectures or manuals.
Using simulation logic, the training exercises focus on normal operations, system shutdown and startup, and fault recovery. Targeted training is available for supervisors, managers, and maintenance technicians. Technician training emphasizes manual device control, calibration procedures, and identifying equipment issues through the HMI using alarms and status messages.
